BABY

Baby Jackson

Oh baby boy what a sleep avoider you was! Mummy and daddy spent at least an hour to get little man off to sleep despite it being lovely and warm, he had a full tummy of milk, clean nappy, white noise ,the lot! But he wasn’t having it, and would trick us into thinking he was dosing off when he wasn’t. Eventually he went down but I still got some beautiful shots whilst he was awake. Had to make the most of of what I had to work with and all thought it turned out great!

Caitlin and Liams Gender Reveal

IT’S A……. BOY

Mummy and daddy got to meet him 6 weeks early, after whirlwind of a pregnancy. Mummy even fainted the morning of her gender reveal! Hopefully it won’t be long till all his; Auntie’s, Lolly, Pops, Grandad, and Nanny get to meet him. I’m sure they cant wait for cuddles.

We was so blessed with the unexpected heat and sunshine that day! Topped off a brilliant day! Was an honour and a pleasure to capture a special moment!

I had no idea what Caitlin and Liam were having, normally I get a gut feeling or an idea and I remember thinking I genuinely don’t know. So when It came to picking which ‘Team’ I was on I picked pink… wrong choice but a beautiful and genuine surprise for many! The first version of the gender reveal was actually a prank, mum to be‘s sisters had a multicoloured confetti filled balloon which mummy was not happy about! After following Peter Rabbit to Pop’s vegetable patch, where laid two (incredibly hard to twist) canons, which eventually revealed blue confetti.

Wishing baby boy Michell-Harris a speedy recovery in the NICU and thanking the NHS and midwifes at the hospital for his continued care and bringing him earth side safely.

Happy 1 week old birthday, darling!

Baby Smythe - 4 days new!

Oh darling boy, you really was a sweet one! Don’t get me wrong I do think all babies have are beautiful but when you have known mummy all of your life you cant help but feel slightly bias. As sweet as he was, he made me work for these shots! Baby boy did not want to sleep, and hated me moving him. Mummy fed him before shoot, we did a mid shoot nappy change, but all he wanted was mummy cuddles and comfort feeding. Most of these shots were the last ones I took within the last 15 mins of the shoot. These things happen, and that is perfectly okay! Babies are new to this world having been tucked up in the womb for 9 months and sometimes they just need a extra long cuddle and comfort.
